Our principles
Supadio Guide is a nonprofit information project. We aim to collect as little data as possible and use only the services needed to provide, secure, and understand use of the site.
Information that may be collected
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages accessed, and access time that may be processed by hosting infrastructure or analytics services.
- Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember your consent choices.
- Information you provide voluntarily if you later contact the site operator through the listed channels. The site currently does not provide user accounts or a form database.
How information is used
- To display and secure the site.
- To improve content structure and user experience.
- To analyse usage patterns in aggregate only when analytics cookies are approved.
- To respond to requests you send voluntarily.
- To meet applicable legal obligations.
Infrastructure providers
The site is designed for publication through Cloudflare Workers and Static Assets. Hosting and network security infrastructure may process technical data such as IP addresses, device information, network requests, and security logs according to service configuration and provider policy.
Google Analytics
The site is configured for Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-HXM22WWPKP. Analytics scripts are not loaded until you provide consent for the analytics category. You can withdraw consent through the Cookie Settings page.
Google Maps and external links
The homepage embeds Google Maps to provide location context. When the map is loaded, Google may process technical data under its own policy. Links to government sites, ACI, or Wikimedia Commons take you to third-party services with their own privacy policies.
Photos and Wikimedia Commons
Supadio photos are stored as local project assets to reduce hotlinking of image files. Source and licence information remains listed. Opening external credit links may lead you to interact with Wikimedia Commons.
Cookies and local storage
Consent choices and language preference may be stored in browser local storage so the site can remember your settings. Necessary cookies are not used for advertising. This site does not enable marketing categories or personalised advertising.
Retention
We do not operate our own user database. Retention of technical data by hosting providers, Google, or other external services follows each service's configuration, policy, and legal obligations.
Your rights
We respect data subject rights under applicable law, including Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection where relevant, as well as the GDPR where applicable to you. These rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, data portability in certain circumstances, and complaints to the relevant authority.
Children
The site is not designed to collect personal data from children and does not provide account registration.

This policy may be updated when features, providers, or legal obligations change. The current version is displayed on this page.
